the staff were kind and accommodating! they held our luggage after checkout, granting us extra time to explore before our flight. we also found a supermarket just across the street, very convenient for picking up snacks and drinks. the bathroom felt luxurious with fluffy towels.

i noticed the minibar wasn't cooling as effectively as i hoped.

Our superior double room offered ample space and was impeccably clean. the modern design was lovely. i loved the room. It featured effective air conditioning for climate control and blackout curtains helped us sleep peacefully.

My room was clean! The staff handled my request for a phone charger quickly. There was a water fountain with lemon, orange slices, and mint. It was refreshing.

Hanging storage space was very limited. There were shelves, but I would have preferred drawers! There were no ironing facilities in the room. I requested laundry service for ironing, but it was not done. Instead, I was offered a mini ironing board and iron.

The staff members at the hotel were attentive and kind.

The windows and walls lacked soundproofing, so I could hear everything. This made it hard to sleep at times. I also found the shower drain was clogged. I had to shorten my showers to avoid flooding the bathroom.

The location proved very convenient. Metro lines were nearby. A supermarket across from the hotel was also very convenient (it helped me with some groceries). Breakfast had a decent variety.

I found some issues . The walls seemed thin. I could hear noises, which affected my sleep sometimes. My room lacked a mini bar. it was missing toiletries.
